At LEAD, you can accelerate your innovation, which can be utilized in both civilian and military contexts.
LEAD’s accelerator program for dual-use innovations runs for six months. In this program, your startup will receive continuous business coaching as well as access to a tailored training program featuring workshops and lectures to prepare you for entering both commercial and defense-related markets.
Through structured workshops and training initiatives, you will benefit from a customized program that combines expertise in both commercial and defense markets with the tools and knowledge needed to achieve effective market adaptation and scalability.
The program offers opportunities for:
– Training initiatives to address critical challenges related to operating in dual markets.
– Access to experts with domain knowledge and networks tailored to your startup.
– Feedback and testing resources from actors in the defense-related market.
During the program, you will gain access to an extensive network of both civilian and military actors, enabling you to identify and leverage market opportunities more quickly. This reduces time to market and increases your chances of successful commercialization in dual markets.
LEAD’s Dual Use Accelerator has a national admission process and is open to all small and medium-sized enterprises with the potential for dual-use technology and the ability to address defense-related challenges.
Admission is conducted through a call for proposals by Vinnova. You can apply for a maximum grant of 1.3 million SEK, of which 250,000 SEK must be allocated for participation in LEAD’s accelerator program.
