LEAD is taking the next step in its efforts to strengthen support for the region’s innovative growth companies. As part of a long-term initiative to develop its offerings for entrepreneurs and startups, LEAD has now entered into partnerships with four new organizations. More partnerships are expected to be announced after the summer.
The first partners are the patent firms AWA and Lightbringer, the recruitment and talent solutions company Skill, and Advokat 24. Through these new partnerships, LEAD’s companies gain access to specialized expertise in areas such as intellectual property law, general legal services, recruitment, and talent acquisition—areas that are often crucial to successful growth.
– LEAD plays an important role in developing the region’s future growth companies, and for us at Skill, it’s rewarding to contribute our expertise as a LEAD partner. Recruiting for a startup isn’t just about qualifications on paper; it’s about finding people who can grow alongside the company,” says Lena Johansson, a recruitment consultant at Skill.
This initiative is part of LEAD’s long-term efforts to strengthen the region’s innovation system and create even better conditions for entrepreneurs to grow their businesses.
“We want to build strong, long-term relationships with organizations that can contribute the expertise and experience our companies need. Through these partnerships, we can offer even greater value to entrepreneurs,” says Catharina Sandberg, CEO of LEAD.
