We are happy to welcome Hege Nåbo as a new business coach at LEAD! With a solid background in Life Science and experience in marketing, strategy and business development both nationally and internationally, Hege will be a valuable part of LEAD.
A warm welcome to LEAD, Hege! How does it feel to be here?
– It feels a bit nervous, but above all it feels great to join such a warm and welcoming team!
What are you most looking forward to in your new role?
– I look forward to getting to know the innovators and entrepreneurs at LEAD, and having the opportunity to help them on their innovation journey.
Can you tell us a bit about your background?
– I am originally from Stockholm and Kiruna, but studied at LiU. After a few years abroad and with experience as a marketer in private healthcare in England in my luggage, I then moved back to Östergötland. I have since worked with marketing, strategy and business development at SyntheticMR, one of LEAD’s alumni companies in Life Sciences for several years.
And who are you outside work?
-I am a creative problem solver with a lot of drive and commitment. In my private life, I spend a lot of time in the garden or out on adventures with my partner, our two children and our dog Frost.

– Don’t panic!
