As part of a long-term initiative to develop its offerings for entrepreneurs and startups, LEAD has now entered into partnerships with four new organizations. More partnerships are expected to be announced after the summer.  <\/b><\/p>\n<p>The first partners are the patent firms AWA and Lightbringer, the recruitment and talent solutions company Skill, and Advokat 24. Through these new partnerships, LEAD\u2019s companies gain access to specialized expertise in areas such as intellectual property law, general legal services, recruitment, and talent acquisition\u2014areas that are often crucial to successful growth. <\/p>\n<p>\u2013 LEAD plays an important role in developing the region\u2019s future growth companies, and for us at Skill, it\u2019s rewarding to contribute our expertise as a LEAD partner. Recruiting for a startup isn\u2019t just about qualifications on paper; it\u2019s about finding people who can grow alongside the company,\u201d says Lena Johansson, a recruitment consultant at Skill. <\/p>\n<p>This initiative is part of LEAD\u2019s long-term efforts to strengthen the region\u2019s innovation system and create even better conditions for entrepreneurs to grow their businesses.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe want to build strong, long-term relationships with organizations that can contribute the expertise and experience our companies need.
